Can I request a custom item?

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! Every item is carefully packaged, ready for gifting. No extra steps needed!

What if I forgot to include a gift message when I ordered?

No problem at all! Just contact me as soon as possible with your order number and the message you'd like to include. If your item hasn't been prepared for shipping yet, I'll be happy to add the gift message for you.

Where countries do you ship to?

At the moment, I ship within the United States and Canada. I’m hoping to expand to more locations in the future.

What is your processing time?

For most orders, processing typically takes 1-2 days before shipping. For custom orders, the processing time is usually 1-3 days.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet, I'll gladly cancel it and issue a refund.

What if my product arrives damaged?
